Fitself is a mobile application designed to support individuals in achieving their fitness goals. This includes tracking physical activity, providing motivational support, offering personalized fitness plans, and facilitating connections to fitness professionals if needed. The Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment for specific health conditions.
2 – Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
3 – License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the App on a mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The information and resources provided by the Service are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
